We aim to answer within one business day, and within 48 hours at weekends and holidays. If you have heard nothing after three days, please resend — messages occasionally get buried.
We cannot access your order, cancel it, or refund it: we are not the platform you paid. Anything touching a specific payment must go through that platform's own support, and we will always tell you honestly when that is the case.
Corrections are welcome and credited. If you represent a platform or brand and believe something here is inaccurate or infringes your rights, contact us with the specific URL and we will review it promptly — factual corrections are published without argument.
